This spring and summer, we’re introducing new handheld options and tasting selections, making it easier than ever for guests to experience a variety of flavors without committing to a single dish. While we remain true to our authentic smokehouse roots, we’re also embracing fresh, local ingredients and incorporating beloved regional favorites to add a unique twist to our offerings. Craft Cocktails That Capture the Essence of Spring
At Strong Waters, we take pride in our expertly crafted cocktails that pair seamlessly with our Southern-inspired cuisine. While our staple cocktail menu remains a fan favorite, we’re rolling out five new seasonal cocktails that bring the flavors of spring straight to your glass. Here’s what’s on the menu:
Sparkling Basil Lemonade
A light and refreshing option, this cocktail features basil-infused Stoli vodka, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup, topped with seltzer and served with a basil sugar rim. The perfect balance of tart and herbal flavors makes this a must-try.
Blueberry Gin & Tonic
A twist on a classic, our Blueberry Gin & Tonic combines Tanqueray Gin, tonic, and a house-made blueberry reduction, garnished with fresh blueberries and lime. It’s a bright, fruit-forward cocktail that screams spring.
Key Lime Mojito
Bringing tropical vibes to your table, the Key Lime Mojito blends Bacardi Rum, RumChata, Licor 43, fresh lime juice, mint, and seltzer, with a graham cracker rim and key lime slice for an extra hint of dessert-like decadence.
Coconut Pineapple Spritz
